Offensive Player of the Week: WR Courtland Sutton, Denver Broncos
Sutton ran only five routes for the Broncos this week but made the most of his limited opportunities, earning a 94.3 PFF receiving grade. He caught all three of his targets for 60 yards, averaging 12.0 yards per route run with an 18.3-yard average depth of target.
Defensive Player of the Week: LB Marcelino McCrary-Ball, New York Jets
An undrafted free agent in 2022, McCrary-Ball made the most of his 20 snaps for the Jets this week, earning a 96.4 PFF grade. He recorded four tackles resulting in defensive stops, allowed just one yard on two receptions and forced a fumble.
Rookie of the Week: S Kamari Ramsey, Houston Texans
The fifth-round rookie out of USC delivered an impressive NFL debut, earning a 94.8 PFF grade across 27 snaps. His performance was driven primarily by his work in coverage, where he didn't allow a reception and recorded both a pass breakup and an interception.
Offensive Line of the Week: Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles’ offensive line delivered an impressive performance in pass protection in the preseason opener, allowing just two total pressures. Seven Philadelphia offensive linemen logged at least 10 pass-blocking snaps without allowing a pressure.
